During brow lamination, various chemicals are used on the brow hairs, which inevitably – due to the physiology of the eyebrow, do come into contact with the skin. If your eyebrow area has very dry/flaky skin, eczema or is inflamed/easily irritated, lamination may not be the best service for you, as it may irritate your skin. In these circumstances, we would not recommend brow lamination.
Skin of moderate sensitivity (i.e. you will go a little red after a brow wax) is normally no issue – we always take special care to minimise any sensitivity in treatment with our application processes.
If you have ever had an adverse reaction to lash lift, tint or any kind of hair dye, then we would highly recommend a patch test at least 48 hours prior to this service.
