Yes, appointments are highly recommended – particularly for longer appointments like eyelash extensions and lash lifts. Our weekend and evening appointments (between 4:30 – 8pm) are the most popular and can sometimes book out weeks ahead, and some of our stylists are fully booked 2-3 weeks ahead.
Same-day/walk-in appointments are very occasionally available, but we’d still recommend checking/booking.
We honour appointment times. If you’ve ever made an appointment somewhere, and arrived to find that you don’t really have an appointment as such and other clients are being taken in before you/that the ‘appointment-making’ was merely for show – we can assure you that you will not find that here at all. We value your time and when you make an appointment, in the same way that we appreciate that our clients are reliable and don’t cancel at the last minute – it’s a 2-way commitment. If we are ever running slightly late (unusual) we’ll contact you to let you know. If it’s for your wedding or for some other important event, you can be extremely confident that your appointment will go ahead as planned – we won’t let you down or ever cause added stress!
If for any reason your chosen stylist cannot do your appointment, we will go above and beyond to make sure that another stylist can, and that we do not disappointment you.
